The Problem

Property sellers, buyers, and agents are dealing with spammy investor emails, scam listing inquiries, unclear offer processes, and long periods of silence after offers or viewings. This creates anxiety, wasted time, and mistrust when buyers do not know whether offers are being fairly handled or whether leads are legitimate.

Potential Solution

Build a transaction workflow tool for estate agents, brokers, and property sellers that verifies buyer identity, funding position, solicitor/lender readiness, and inquiry quality before allowing offers or meeting requests through. The platform centralizes offers, viewing interest, chain status, seller decisions, and milestone timelines so all parties receive structured updates instead of vague calls and emails.

Why Now?

Real estate listings are increasingly exposed to automated outreach, scam inquiries, and high-friction digital communication. Buyers and sellers now expect the same transparency and verification they get from fintech, marketplaces, and delivery apps.

Seller considering higher offers after mine had been agreed
I viewed the house on Thursday, made an offer on Friday. Had it accepted. Sorted a solicitor snd did all of my documentation within an hour to ensure the property was marketed as sold STC and all viewings cancelled. A memorandum of sale was submitted on Saturday. Today someone who viewed it on the Friday (I wasn’t made aware of this) has now put in an offer and they are legally obliged to pass it on to the sellers. They said that to make it “fairer” the seller is giving us a chance to submit our best and final offers. I feel like I’m reacting emotionally but I want to withdraw my offer. Luckily I haven’t spent anything yet on the process apart from instructing the solicitor.

What is this bullshit email and why so many? It's every deal lately
I get so many of these emails worded slightly differently on each deal we put out. Is it a coaching program? Bigger pockets course? We buy houses course on Skool? Bots? I guess it doesn't matter besides adding to my grumpy Monday Capital wants to deploy...... This fits the box. What the building throws off today and the ask are sitting in different zip codes, and not by a little. Anything I'd write lands low, fast, all cash, and I'd rather not put a number in front of the seller that reads as an insult. If the seller wants to see where the math actually lands, say the word and it's in your inbox. If not, no harm done, the pipeline keeps moving. Checkbook's open the day the seller wants a fast close.
