SimilarWeb and other market intelligence platforms have aggressively paywalled their free tiers, making competitive research impossible for bootstrapped founders. Simultaneously, early-stage builders struggle to quantify their own traction and visibility, making it difficult to benchmark against competitors or demonstrate value to partners and investors.

Noticed a lot of people asking how to keep tabs on what competitors are doing without spending hours on manual research. Built a tool that handles this. You enter your website and your competitors websites. It pulls their hiring activity, funding signals, what people are saying about them across news and tech communities, and their market positioning. Everything gets synthesised into a structured intelligence brief with clear recommendations on what to do next. The whole process takes seconds and the first report is free at - \[Oryn\](http://Oryn.cloud) Ps :- Giving out a 14 day free trial. DM me if you're interested :)
A lot of founders build fast today because of AI, but most struggle with visibility. I saw this over and over, so I built something small to solve it. It started as a simple directory. Then 100 founders joined, then 500, and now we just passed 1000. I’m trying to understand two things: 1. Is visibility actually the main pain for early founders? 2. What features would make a founder community genuinely useful? If anyone wants to try it or give feedback, write a comment and I’ll share the link. Listing stays free.

I just rolled out open analytics on [Shipyard HQ](https://shipyardhq.dev/analytics), powered directly by Google Analytics. As a launch directory, I get asked the same questions almost every day: traffic, impressions, clicks, user locations, what pages perform best, and whether it’s worth listing an app. Instead of answering privately or making people guess, I made the data public. If I want founders to trust the platform, the platform itself needs to be transparent. You can now see real traffic data without signing up. If you are deciding whether to list your product, you should have the full picture upfront. Happy to hear feedback or suggestions.
I built a new feature for my platform, **OutReply**, that acts as an automated auditor. It scans public metrics and generates a shareable "Brand Insight" certificate with an estimated dollar value. **The MVP:** We are currently testing it with my own side project (*Pet Pals*), which generated a valuation of \~$5k based on our current engagement. You can see the public report output here: [https://www.outreply.com/short/brandinsights](https://www.outreply.com/short/brandinsights) **Looking for Beta Testers:** I’d love for you to run your own SaaS or personal brand through it and let me know: 1. Does the valuation feel accurate, or is it too high/low? 2. Would you feel comfortable sending this link to a potential partner?
