Unfortunately had a very negative experience where I was using the chase ultimate reward portal and chose the kiwi.com option as the price was slightly better. Essentially when redirected kiwi had changed the date of the flight and I did not notice until immediately after when I got the confirmation, but they did not allow me cancel within 24 hours or even after reaching out the following day. I ended up putting in a dispute with Chase and even with Chase backing it, kiwi denied to refund. I personally won’t ever use them again and I would recommend anyone to just avoid using them as it wouldn’t ever be worth it.

My return flights were **cancelled by Gulf Air** (GF 4 & GF 270 on 9 May 2026) — not by me. Never book with MakeMyTrip !

Hi, Just wanted to warn others about this scam. I paid **835** AED for an air ticket going to the UAE. The flight was scheduled on March 21 and my booking was made long before the conflict. The airline cancelled the booking. It took Makemytrip a month to process the refund, which I understand. I also wasn't expecting to be refunded the whole amount. But guess what they refunded ? **13.18** AED !!! How is that even possible ?? And they don't have any customer support. The only way of contacting them is an Indian number. First and last time I ever book with them. Be warned and don't make my mistake.
