B2B marketing teams spend hours every week jumping between 6+ disconnected tools to track SEO, competitor ads, community mentions, AI recommendations, and brand sentiment. None of these sources talk to each other, forcing manual synthesis that lives only in someone's head. Most teams have no systematic way to monitor how their brand appears when buyers research them in AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini.

I’ve been looking at some of the newer AI-first content management platforms, including [**Forme**](https://formecms.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com), and it got me thinking about a bigger business question. A lot of tools now promise things like AI-assisted content creation, workflow automation, approvals, audit trails, and collaboration. The marketing sounds great, but in practice many teams still struggle with the same issues: * Content reviews taking too long * Inconsistent brand voice across channels * Bottlenecks between marketing and development teams * Difficulty scaling content without sacrificing quality * Managing multiple content environments and workflows For business owners who manage websites, blogs, product catalogs, or marketing content: **What is the biggest content operations problem your team still hasn't solved well?** Is it creation, approvals, organization, publishing, collaboration, or something else entirely? Interested to hear real experiences from businesses at different stages, especially from teams that have tried both traditional CMS platforms and newer AI-focused solutions.
For the past 8 months I've been talking to founders and CFOs at venture-backed SaaS companies about one question: "What's the most painful part of running your finance function?" The answer was never "accounting."It was never "tax." It was always some version of: "I can't answer basic questions about my own business without a 2-hour spreadsheet session." "My board asked what happens to runway if we hire 3 people. I had to follow up 3 days later." "I spent 14 hours on a board deck that was outdated the moment I finished it." The pattern was always the same. Five tools. Zero integration. One person manually bridging the gap. QuickBooks, Stripe, HubSpot, Gusto, Carta —all holding pieces of the financial picture. None of them talking to each other. So I built FinCrew AI. An AI CFO platform that connects all of those tools and lets you ask your financial data questions in plain English. "What's our burn rate trend?" "Model our runway if we cut spend 20%." "Which vendors have duplicate invoices this month?" All answered in seconds. Not hours. We're in final development and looking for 10 venture-backed SaaS founders or finance leads to be design partners. Free access. Direct input into the product.Locked-in early pricing. If you're running finance at a 15-150 person SaaS company — I want to hear from you. Comment or DM. Happy to share more.
Other than copywriting help, I haven't found anything groundbreaking. I saw ads for AI-native meta ads, but it didn't deliver on the expectations. OpenClaw, Hermes are cool, but what are you actually using it in your marketing/growth work?
Not to buy anything. I want to see where my relevance-first outreach tool fails. You'll get free access. In return I only ask for brutally honest feedback. What feels useful? What feels generic? What would make it worth paying for?
I run a D2C fashion brand and I feel like everyday i see an IG post that is going to be the answer to all my problems, and it turns out to be a marketing gimmick. Has anyone used an AI tool that actually allowed them to make usable reels, marketing posts, ads? TIA.
