Move solo operators off bloated accounting subscriptions without losing transaction history, receipt evidence, reconciled balances, or a clean CPA? handoff.

Independent contractors and small businesses rely on accounting products for expense capture, reconciliation, invoicing, and tax records, but report rising prices, inaccessible features, incorrect balances, failed imports, and unusable mobile workflows. Switching is risky because historical transactions, recurring entries, receipts, account mappings, and CPA? access must remain intact. Many buyers therefore keep paying for software they distrust or manually reconstruct records after failures.
Offer a fixed-price migration and bookkeeping continuity service that exports existing records, removes duplicates, reconciles every account to source statements, preserves receipt evidence, and installs a simpler replacement workflow suited to the buyer's actual needs. Follow the migration with optional monthly reconciliation and a standardized tax-ready package for the buyer's CPA?. The operating model is service-first, using established bookkeeping tools rather than building another accounting application.
Repeated price increases, forced product changes, unreliable transaction matching, and degraded mobile workflows are creating active switching intent. Buyers still need defensible records for taxes, making a verified migration more valuable than a basic data export.

Sorry about this. Coming from an accountant, you can start with the lower plan of an accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave. With them, you can track invoices and client payments. If you need any help setting them up, you're free to send me a DM.
Super Glitchy Product is super glitchy. Can not do basic calculations and potentially needs to be corrected. recurring charges are perpetually incorrect and cannot be adjusted plus or minus one day. Reconcile feature is perpetually wrong and have to be manually updated.
DON'T USE THIS APP! If I could give no stars I would. I have relied on Checkbook – Account Tracker by Beesoft Apps for more than five years as my main checkbook register. For a long time it was accurate and easy to use, and I trusted it to help me stay on top of my finances. I even pay for the annual subscription. Over the past several months, however, the app has developed serious problems with how it calculates and displays my balances. It started with small ghost transactions. Ones that weren't there, even when I checked them against the app entries and what appeared on my bank statement. I'm very meticulous, so I'd print out my statements and compare them line by line, and still could not find the discrepancies, which is extremely frustrating. That may not sound like much, but when you depend on the app and you start getting fees because of these errors, it means you are losing real money. Even small discrepancies can have serious consequences. In June alone, these "ghosts" have contributed to 20 bounce and overdraft fees of $35 each on my account. My bank refunded only 10 of those fees, and I cannot keep going back and saying “my app made me do it.” At this point, continuing to rely on an app that regularly shows the wrong balance feels irresponsible. The final straw was a recent glitch (June 28, 2026) that occurred when I added a new transaction and the app froze and then flickered. It now had duplicated and more than doubled transactions from the last three years, including activity from accounts that had been closed. I keep track of 14 accounts in total, and two closed accounts suddenly reappeared. As a result, my main checking account shows an impossible negative balance of around $107,000. My other accounts also show unrealistic negative balances, none of which are anywhere close to my real bank balances. It is extremely stressful and confusing to see those figures and then try to work out what money is actually available. This glitch has completely destroyed my trust in the app’s data. I am very meticulous about tracking my money, and I chose this app to stay organized and prevent mistakes. Instead, repeated glitches and miscalculations have created anxiety and real financial consequences over many months, going back at least to August 2025. This latest glitch was the final one for me. It is now clear that I cannot safely rely on Checkbook – Account Tracker. A checkbook register app must be precise and stable. When an app repeatedly has issues, it stops being a helpful tool and becomes a liability. I will be switching to a different solution, and I cannot recommend Checkbook – Account Tracker by Beesoft Apps unless and until the developers fix these issues. Signed a broke former user.
