High opportunity (76%)
Marketing teams are expected to use AI across market research, audience insight synthesis, creative production, and campaign optimization, but often lack reliable operating procedures and evaluation standards. This leads to disconnected experiments, questionable outputs, and little evidence that AI improves campaign speed or performance.
Deliver a fixed-scope implementation engagement that maps one existing campaign workflow, selects suitable AI tools, creates reusable prompts and review controls, and trains the team to operate it. Begin with the workflow from audience and competitive research through creative briefs and post-campaign analysis, then measure time saved, output quality, and campaign results against the previous process.
Recent hiring across consumer technology, financial software, observability, and advertising platforms shows that AI-enabled marketing execution is becoming an expected internal capability. Many teams need implementation and governance before they can justify hiring several specialized employees or building proprietary systems.

You know, we still have campaign teams, but again, like now that everything's really AI forward, it just, it changes the way I think we start with the story. Right. So we're, we're really focused on, you know, what's possible versus kind of the products and the features. And I think to me as a marketer, that's so exciting. That's where I want to spend my time. Yeah.
And then the last part being our whole MarTech and insights. And that is me shaking up so much with AI right now. So that can be everywhere from how do we manage our tech stack? How do we send classic emails, which I can have a whole other discussion around, like, is the email still alive or not? And then how do we actually pull out the insights from all the data that we see, which is ripe for AI at the moment? My role, dual reports to the CMO and the CRO. So it puts me in a really unique situation and has made me that true revenue marketer because now I have that sales side of my brain the whole entire time, too. Of how do we get our walk? What's going to happen this quarter?
