Intercept payment disputes before they become costly chargebacks by giving customers a one-click direct refund channel.

Merchants lose $50-100 per chargeback when customers bypass them and dispute charges with their bank—often over simple misunderstandings or billing errors they'd happily refund directly. Customers take this route because finding support contact info is friction, and banks make dispute filing easy. This creates a lose-lose scenario: merchants pay fees and lose revenue, while customers wait weeks for resolutions.
A SaaS? platform that integrates with Stripe/PayPal to inject a 'Direct Resolution' button into post-purchase emails, receipts, and customer portals. When clicked, it offers instant refunds for eligible cases and opens a direct chat with the merchant. AI monitors purchase-to-usage patterns to identify at-risk customers (e.g., no login after purchase) and triggers proactive outreach with one-click resolution options, intercepting disputes before they escalate to banks.
Chargeback fraud and friendly fraud have increased 30% since 2021, costing merchants $125B annually. New PSD2 regulations in Europe and Visa's Compelling Evidence 3.0 rules now require merchants to provide better pre-dispute evidence, making proactive resolution systems not just beneficial but necessary for compliance.

Leaders In Payments You know, if you notice like a merchant or a partner that is approaching a chargeback rate that's like slightly elevated, and then that might lead to some processing issues, you know, we could have an agent that starts monitoring those transactions, noticing when a transaction comes in that has properties that are similar to disputes that might have happened in the future or chargebacks that might have been filed in the past. Sorry, I mean, and then you know, proactively suggesting to the merchant, you know, hey, this may result in a chargeback. Potentially at this point, we would suggest proactively refunding, you know, and something like that.
Stripe Dispute Process Feels Unfair and One-Sided Extremely disappointed with Stripe’s dispute process. A customer disputed a transaction even though the customer admitted that the service was received. While the dispute is still open and has not even been resolved, Stripe withdrew the disputed amount directly from my bank account. How is it acceptable to take money from a merchant’s bank account before the dispute has been decided, especially when there is evidence
Supports unauthorized payments PayPal does not support the customer in unauthorized charges. Despite going thru dispute process, which requires jumping thru hurdles, they side with the merchant regardless of the situation. I will avoid using PayPal when I can and recommend others to do the same.
