People repeatedly try habit trackers and focus timers only to abandon them within weeks. Existing apps either overwhelm users with complex dashboards, excessive data entry, and gamification mechanics, or they're too basic to provide meaningful progress visibility. This cycle of app fatigue and lost motivation leaves users without a sustainable system for building consistency.
A minimalist all-in-one app combining habit tracking, focus timers, and mood/energy logging with a calm, low-friction interface. Users check in with their current energy level, get adaptive session suggestions, and see progress through simple visual grids and streaks rather than complex analytics. AI-powered reflection helps users understand patterns without adding noise.
The mental health and digital wellness movement has made users increasingly resistant to attention-grabbing app design. Simultaneously, widespread burnout and remote work have created urgent demand for sustainable productivity tools that respect cognitive limits rather than exploit them.

I've been using this app for 6+ years. I love that it is synced to my phone's app, my laptop's app, and the web extension. I love every feature that has. My only complaint is that the laptop app does not have a red and blue theme, and I would love for the app to have a calendar in which I can schedule this habit, so I have been using this app for the timers and google calendar to schedule the tasks.
A rare gem of an app. I’ve used this consistently for a full decade now. If you want a straightforward logging without annoying ads, subscription pop-ups, or complicated drama, this is the one. It just works, every single time. Simple and best!
this app keeps me on track I have been using this app for about 3 years now and it is a daily app. I check it for what is coming up or what I need to do that day. It's like my own little agenda and assistant. I love it, I also love that it doesn't have ads. I struggled with depression as well and this app helped me feel better for even doing the simplest things. Its great for getting stuff done but also for self care. ❤️
