The Problem

Founders and CEOs want broad AI adoption but lack the time and operating structure to redesign work across accounting, marketing, sales, customer success, and implementation teams. Generic training does not overcome employee hesitation, identify useful role-specific applications, or establish reliable working practices. The adoption burden therefore remains with the CEO while usage stays concentrated among a few power users.

Potential Solution

Deliver a fixed-scope adoption program that inventories recurring work, selects high-value workflows, and works alongside employees to implement and document AI-assisted procedures. Begin with one power-user team, measure time saved and output quality, then expand proven workflows through facilitated sessions, office hours, usage standards, and manager coaching. The initial business is an expert-led service, with reusable workflow templates and assessments becoming a productized delivery system.

Why Now?

CEOs are increasingly expected to lead AI adoption personally, while capable tools have spread faster than most companies can change employee behavior and operating practices. This creates immediate demand for practical implementation that reaches nontechnical departments without requiring specialized interfaces.

I'm proactively going to AI because I feel like it'll make me a better analyst. Also, right now within our company, it's encouraged to use AI. You know, so that was one thing that we went over at our last town hall. The CEO of our company encouraged everyone to make sure you use AI, leverage it. It's something that we're going to be handing down to all of our employees. So the more I'm comfortable with using it, the better my skill level is going to be once we do have something company-wide that we all can use. And right now we have a bot within Microsoft Teams, but it's something that we're still tweaking, implementing, and just figuring that out.
