People buy connected scales, blood pressure cuffs, watches, and sleep trackers expecting measurements to flow automatically into Apple Health or Google Health Connect. The signals repeatedly report failed synchronization, missing history, wrong-user assignments, inconsistent timestamps, and the loss of clinician-ready exports. These failures force users to reconnect devices, reinstall apps, or transcribe medically relevant readings by hand.
Build a device-neutral relay that imports measurements from supported vendor accounts and phone health stores, reconciles duplicates and profile conflicts, and confirms that each reading reached its destination. It should preserve an independent backup and generate date-filtered weight or blood-pressure reports for clinicians. Start with a narrow compatibility set and a guided recovery service so difficult account, permission, and device-migration cases can be resolved manually.
Consumers increasingly combine hardware from several vendors while relying on Apple Health or Google Health Connect as the hub. Frequent app changes, subscription restrictions, and removed export features make an independent continuity layer more valuable, although platform access limits must be validated before building.

I am not happy with this app, it does not register correct the distance and floors. It also missed some of my hours activity. It deleted all of my personal awards I had on Fitbit, which helped me to push on.
I used to *love* Fitbit - back when it was Fitbit - but now that it's this Google health - fu*k it! I'm having to force stop & clear cache once a week. If course it's probably user error somewhere along the line but I never, ever had this much trouble prior to this "updated" service - bullsheit! but that's just me....
To choppy. To difficult to maneuver. Calorie tracker horrible! Bring Fit Bit back
