Agencies offering outbound, lead gen, and SEO? services operate in a black box when pricing their services. They struggle to balance competitive rates with healthy profit margins, lacking transparent data on what competitors charge, realistic cost-per-meeting benchmarks, and standard lead pricing. This results in margin erosion from underpricing or lost deals from overpricing, with decisions based on guesswork rather than live market intelligence.
A SaaS? platform that anonymously aggregates live pricing, cost structures, and margin data from thousands of agencies. It provides dynamic benchmarks filtered by service type (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, SEO? retainers, lead lists), client industry, contract value, and geography. Includes a profit calculator that suggests optimal pricing based on your actual labor/data/tool costs and market position, plus tracks key metrics like cost-per-meeting and lead quality pricing in real-time.
The explosion of white-label services and remote agencies has fragmented pricing norms, while rising data costs and labor rates are squeezing margins. Agencies need data-driven pricing now more than ever to remain profitable in 2024's competitive landscape.

Hi everyone, I’m looking to get a sense of the current market rates for SEO services. I’m curious about both freelancers and agencies — how much do you usually charge for: - Monthly SEO retainer - One-off SEO audits - Local business SEO (small/medium business) - E-commerce SEO If you don’t want to give exact numbers, even percentage ranges, ballpark figures, or hourly rates would be super helpful. Also, feel free to mention the region you’re in, as I know rates can vary a lot geographically.
Genuine question for those of you offering SEO to clients: If you were to outsource the SEO work (including backlinks, monthly reporting and assuming it brings real results), what monthly price range would feel reasonable where you're still making money? I’m working on a white-label SEO offer for agencies but honestly have no idea what kind of pricing agencies actually find workable. I know it varies a lot by region but I’d love to hear your take What numbers would make you say “yep, that’s doable”?
For the higher paying services what metrics do you find yourself focusing on a nd reporting hte most?
What profit margin are you guys running on your outbound agencies these days? My labor costs are a bit higher since I run cold calling as the main channel but I'm about 40% on the monthly retainer and 60-70% on my per-meeting performance. Luckily I built alot of our software in house but yeah data costs eat a chunk out of that. Just curious if I'm in-line. Note: Please do not DM me with offerings.
