Field and regional marketing teams are repeatedly expected to own events end to end, from venue sourcing and vendor management to promotions, lead uploads, follow-up, and ROI analysis. The work spans spreadsheets, marketing automation, CRM data, campaign tools, and leadership dashboards, making execution and attribution difficult to manage consistently.
Build a field marketing operations platform that turns each event into a managed workflow with budgets, vendors, assets, audience acquisition tasks, lead list handling, and post-event follow-up in one place. Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and campaign analytics tools would automate pipeline attribution, ROI dashboards, and executive reporting.
Job postings show companies treating events as a core demand generation channel while also requiring tighter pipeline and revenue visibility. As field marketing teams run more multi-channel programs with leaner headcount, automation around event operations and ROI reporting becomes more valuable.
Own, manage, and optimize the centralized event technology stack, including our event management platform (Cvent) and prebooked meeting platform (Jifflenow). Ensure seamless integration between event technology tools and core business systems, specifically managing data flow into Marketo (marketing automation) and Salesforce (CRM) to guarantee data accuracy and sales enablement.
