Hi, I’m a SaaS founder and investor, and I’m looking for a social listening tool to track what people are saying about my brands online (mentions, comments, reviews, etc.). Ideally, I want something simple to use that can monitor social media, forums, blogs, and news, and helps me react quickly (reply, analyze, or trigger alerts/integrations). If you know a tool you’ve used or would recommend, I’d really appreciate it. I’m ready to pay if it does the job.

Needed this. Built it. Made it free. I’m working on a project with my co-founder and we needed a way to organically get in touch with potential customers. There are a lot of tools out there already that help you find talking points on Reddit, but most of them are pretty pricey and honestly not that good. If I have to filter through a bunch of irrelevant results, what’s the point then. And many of them try to be too clever with AI, like scraping your website to build a prompt (that never works the way you want) or writing replies for you (which screams AI and will get you banned by the way). Yeah, maybe I’m being a bit negative. Anyway… we built a tool that actually works the way we wanted and made it free for others to use. We made work for campaign monitoring as well, or whatever you feel like keeping an eye on. There are a few limits so we don’t get run over by token costs. One update per day and max 10 results. I’m in charge of brand/reputation tracking for our company, and I’m trying to clean up the mess of tools we’ve been patching together…, Right now we’re using a mix of alerts, dashboards, and manual checks across social platforms, but Reddit is the one place we struggle to monitor properly. Ideally looking for something that can track brand mentions, sentiment, and general awareness across Reddit without feeling like a full-blown social media management suite. Something lightweight but accurate, with decent reporting so we can quickly see if conversations are trending positive or negative. If anyone here has experience with good online brand monitoring or social listening tools that actually work for Reddit data, I’d love to hear what you’re using and how reliable it’s been for you…
