Build and evolve integrations with banking partners, payment networks, and financial infrastructure to support multi-rail, multi-currency fiat operations. Contribute to the architecture and evolution of the fiat processing platform, ensuring reliability, fault tolerance, and data consistency across high-throughput transaction flows.

1. Own the Global Payment Compliance Operations Platform, and build a standardized, scalable, and efficient compliance operations infrastructure supporting multi-country and multi-business scenarios, including case management, workflow orchestration, access control, and multi-tenant architecture;

You will own the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of critical payment operations processes across pricing, partner activation, and transaction monitoring. This includes building scalable systems, ensuring data accuracy and operational rigor, and driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Business Development, Engineering, and Compliance. You will proactively identify risks, resolve operational gaps, and implement improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability of global payment operations.
