The Problem

Young earners with growing savings are unsure how to allocate money across investing, emergency funds, cars, housing, loans, and local retirement options. They often rely on scattered advice from Reddit because their situations involve multiple tradeoffs, currencies, countries, and life goals.

Potential Solution

A web app that connects bank data or accepts manual inputs, models cash flow, goals, risk tolerance, taxes, debt options, and country-specific account types, then generates scenario comparisons. Users can compare choices like buying versus leasing a car, investing lump sums versus monthly contributions, building a down payment, or keeping cash reserves, with alerts when plans become risky or unbalanced.

Why Now?

More young professionals are earning high incomes earlier, relocating internationally, and managing money across unstable markets, inflation, and changing interest rates. AI-assisted financial planning can now make personalized scenario modeling accessible without replacing licensed advisors.

I just turned 18, how should those of us just starting adulthood start putting money towards our future?
May 24, 2026

So basically I turned 18 recently and I've been looking to start saving as early as I can. i know lots of Americans talk about roth ira and 401k, but it looks like we don't have a directly translatable thing for that in Australia other than super from my reddit research. i work 2 jobs, i have about 10k saved up in total that I dont spend due to living with my family so not having expenses. Is there any special sort of account I can put that to which will earn well? something good for a novice? Should i be looking into investing instead..? I don't really know please guide! Additionally I make a bit of money regularly off sports betting so i dont know if thats relevant if it needs to be factored in

Diversification Advice
May 24, 2026

25yo, MCOL (M) I am trying to figure out what’s next investing wise. Looking into real estate: maybe buying a rental, maybe buying a home to live in. Looking into small businesses. Or do I just keep pumping money into the market? Any advice is very helpful! Owning a home seems like the simple choice, but would need to become a little more cash heavy for a DP. Yearly income is \~400k, what price range should I look in? Monthly Income: \~15k Monthly Expenses: \~6k Retirement - 240k HSA - 10k Cash - 75k Brokerage - 100k RSU - 100k Vehicles - 50k (paid off) TIA

Need advice for car budget (CTC 50lpa)
May 24, 2026

Me (50+lpa) and and wife (\~20lpa) are planning to buy our first car. I have been driving my father's car for over a decade, but never owned. I'm taking 17-18l as maximum budget (for something life Duster DCT). But it would be only me who would be financing the car. Any suggestions on the budget? Does it makes sense to get a loan (I have cash as well) or opt for car lease policy from my company?
