I don’t know how to process this and at this point I left behind and yet I still have a hope. On March 11 I got a invite request to connect with first screening with HR for this company X . The HR told me he will check with hiring manager and get back to me next day and later took a week to get back to me and that weekend he scheduled my first interview with senior manager for thay project account. It went great and manager told me might have another technical or might not he will let HR know and then next day HR called me to schedule the Hiring manager round instead of that second technical interview the manager was saying about and HR told that I’m going directly into this Hiring manager round which was scheduled on March 31st , which went really great she was saying so much good things and catched up with the things I was saying about my experience and talked about her experience , the team and everything in between!! end she even said we will speak soon. Then came the holidays and I followed up with HR that week he told me he will have a update for me this last week and that weekend the job in linkedln stopped accepting new candidates! This Thursday the timeline he gave me, I followed up with HR once again - no update. I don’t know how to feel. Is this ghosting? I mean he told he will get back regarding this! And yes I know I can’t expect a lot but still ! A insider told me that their process takes two or more weeks and for him itself for his role there was a hiring freeze after the interview and he was hired months laterand its not a large scale company so info about it is very less to others. I’m in limbo . But yes I kind of moved on a bit as I recovered and started looking forward to other postings but what at this point why a really positive interview and process turned into this kind of - left in limbo effect!!! 🫠
