Healthcare companies building clinical, coding, revenue cycle, and life sciences products must integrate with many fragmented systems including Epic, Cerner, PAS, Salesforce Health Cloud, Veeva, CTMS, and vendor-specific exchange networks. Teams appear to need specialized staff who understand both clinical workflows and the technical quirks of embedded EHR experiences, billing systems, and data exchange platforms.
Build a SaaS integration gateway with prebuilt connectors, normalized healthcare data models, environment-specific mapping, and monitoring for clinical, administrative, and revenue-cycle workflows. The product would help software teams embed into EHRs, extract structured and unstructured clinical data, sync operational records across CRM and CTMS systems, and reduce custom integration work per customer site.
The signals show multiple healthcare AI, RCM, clinical trial, and life sciences companies hiring for hands-on familiarity with many overlapping healthcare IT systems. As AI clinical tools move from pilots into production, reliable integration with existing systems is becoming a buying requirement rather than a back-office detail.

Experience of data and integration software applications to healthcare end users A strong team player, working with sales, clinical, and technical co-workers to put-together solutions that meet the customer needs
About the Role We're looking for an Integration Engineer to help bridge healthcare data systems with our clinical AI platform. You'll work at the intersection of healthcare interoperability, system design, and data engineering — connecting EHRs, APIs, and analytics pipelines that make our AI models work at scale.
Lead the integration of our clinical AI platform and application with our health system clients’ electronic health records (EHR) involving cross-functional collaboration with Client Success, Clinical, Product, and Data Science. You’ll play an important role in building automation and tooling to reduce integration resources and timeline that’s crucial as we expand our client base. Additionally, you will help us build the rest of the Forward Deployed team we are investing heavily in, given the importance and impact of these roles as our company grows.
This role combines technical execution, project ownership, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be instrumental in helping clients unlock the full value of our AI platform in clinical, commercial, and operational use cases. Lead implementations for integrations with client systems including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), and data platforms via APIs, CSVs, Smart on FHIR, and other standards
At Commure, the AI Integration Team plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s core products, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Ambient, by ensuring seamless data flow between our platform and over 40 Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). This team is responsible for fetching vital Encounter and Appointment data from multiple EMRs and, when necessary, writing data back to these systems. The team's work ensures the interoperability and smooth exchange of healthcare data via HL7, enabling healthcare providers to deliver more efficient and accurate care while streamlining administrative processes. We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer who takes ownership end-to-end, moves fast, and wants their work to directly impact how care is delivered.
