A daily kill-or-scale dashboard for dropshippers testing products on Shopify and Meta Ads.

Beginner dropshippers often spend months testing products, creatives, and ads without knowing whether a product is actually improving or simply burning cash. Sales screenshots can hide rising ad costs, chargebacks, processor issues, and disappearing margin. The painful workflow is deciding each day which product tests to stop, fix, or scale.
Build a lightweight web app that connects Shopify, Meta Ads, and payment data to show true contribution profit by product, creative, and campaign. The first surface is a daily test board with spend, revenue, refund rate, chargebacks, margin, break-even ROAS, and a recommended action: kill, watch, fix, or scale. Add simple alerts for ad account restrictions, chargeback spikes, and products crossing loss thresholds.
Dropshipping remains attractive to new merchants, but ad costs, payment risk, and failed product testing make naive dashboards inadequate. The repeated signals show users need operational decision support, not more motivation or generic education.

Today I'm not posting this to seek validation or prove anything. I just want to share something that I wish someone told me when I started. There were days when I was hitting numbers I once thought were impossible. Watching sales come in every few minutes felt unreal. I thought I had finally figured it out. Then everything changed. Sales slowed down. Chargebacks started piling up. Winning products stopped working. Ad costs went up. Profit disappeared. The hardest part wasn't losing money. The hardest part was knowing what it felt like to win... then watching everything fall apart. That messes with your mind in ways people don't talk about. You start questioning yourself. You overthink every decision. You lose confidence. You wake up with anxiety, wondering if today will be another bad day. At one point, it started affecting my mental health. I was constantly stressed, frustrated and wondering if I should just quit. But somehow... I kept going. Not because I had some magical strategy. Because I realized something that changed how I look at this business. You don't get what you want. You get what you're willing to suffer for. Everyone wants financial freedom. Everyone wants six figures. Everyone wants to post screenshots of their Shopify dashboard. Very few people are willing to deal with months of uncertainty, failed products, rejected payment processors, chargebacks, sleepless nights and rebuilding after everything crashes. That's the part nobody posts. So before you start dropshipping, ask yourself Are you willing to suffer for the life you say you want? Can you keep showing up when your ads stop working? Can you stay focused when everyone else is celebrating wins while you're trying to recover? Can you keep learning after losing thousands of dollars? Can you pay the price without knowing when the reward will come? Because this business doesn't just test your marketing skills. It tests your patience....
13 days ago, I made a post about hitting my first $2K day. Yesterday, I make a new progress in sales. And honestly, the biggest lesson isn't the number. The lesson is that progress happens one step at a time. A lot of beginners look at successful stores and think people went from $0 to $10k days overnight. That's rarely what happens. Most of the time, it's one test, one mistake, one lesson, one improvement at a time. I didn't go from square 1 to square 20. I went from square 1 to square 2. Then square 2 to square 3. Then square 3 to square 4. There were days when ads didn't perform. Days when I questioned whether I should keep going. Days when Meta made things difficult. Days when I felt like I was wasting my time. But every time I felt like quitting, I kept telling myself: "Just one more try." One more creative One more product test One more improvement One more lesson That's what got me here. For those who haven't gotten their first sale yet keep going. For those stuck at a few sales keep learning. For those trying to scale stay patient. Success in dropshipping isn't about who gets lucky first. It's about who can keep going long enough to learn what works. And no, I'm not going to tell you it's easy. It's hard It's frustrating It can drain you mentally There will be moments where you wonder if you're making a mistake But most things worth achieving are difficult The freedom people talk about ,The ability to work for yourself. The opportunity to build something that can change your financial future. Those things are real. But they come with a price ,Time ,Patience ,Failures ,Sacrifices but most people want the reward. Few are willing to pay the price. If you're thinking about starting, start. Just don't start expecting easy money ,Start expecting to learn ,Start expecting challenges, Start expecting setbacks And then decide that you're going to keep moving forward anyway. Because sometimes the difference b...
Today I'm doing close to $2k profit a day, but there was a time when this same business had me questioning everything. For months, nothing worked. Not 1 month. Not 2. Not 3. Even after 4–5 months of testing products, spending money on ads, learning, failing, and trying again, I still wasn't seeing the results I expected. Some of my close friends knew I was into dropshipping, and honestly, they thought I was wasting my time and money. It wasn't because they wanted me to fail. They cared about me and were looking at the reality in front of them: I was investing money and getting little to nothing back. There were days when I thought dropshipping was dead. The only thing that kept me going was seeing other people's success stories. Every time I saw someone make it, it gave me a little hope that maybe one day things would click for me too. It wasn't easy. I dealt with failed products, ad accounts getting restricted, ads that wouldn't convert, low sales, and all the frustration that comes with trying to build something online. But I kept going. Fast forward to today, and the funny thing is that 3 of those same friends have now started dropshipping themselves after seeing the results I was getting. If you're struggling right now, don't assume your story is over. Whether you're trying to find your first winning product, dealing with Meta issues, burning money on ads, or wondering if it's even worth continuing, keep learning and keep testing. Success doesn't always show up when you expect it to. One day, the things stressing you out today might just become part of your success story.
