Work closely with QA leads, developers, and product managers to ensure timely test execution. Provide clear and concise test execution reports and defect metrics. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage. Use TestLink (or equivalent tool) to manage test cases, execution cycles, and reporting. Log, track, and verify defects using Bugzilla (or equivalent bug tracking tool). Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes.

Designs, develops, and executes software testing strategies to ensure product quality and reliability. Responsible for test planning, automation, execution, and defect management across the software development lifecycle. Works independently and may lead small project teams while collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders
