A fixed-price planning service that converts an overloaded Vietnam wish list into a realistic, bookable itinerary.

First-time Vietnam travelers struggle to judge how many regions they can cover, how long transfers actually consume, and which destinations should be removed. Generic itineraries rarely account for trip length, arrival airports, budget, travel style, September weather, overnight transport, or desired relaxation time. Travelers risk wasting scarce vacation days and booking an exhausting or geographically inefficient route.
Sell a productized itinerary review delivered by a Vietnam travel specialist. The customer submits dates, flights, budget, interests, comfort preferences, and a draft route; the service returns a day-by-day plan, transfer schedule, recommended cuts, booking links, contingency options, and a short consultation. Begin with planning only, then add booking coordination and local operator referrals after establishing trusted suppliers.
Repeated requests show travelers are assembling complex Vietnam routes themselves but lack confidence before making nonrefundable bookings. The recurring focus on short trips, regional tradeoffs, and transfer feasibility supports a standardized paid review rather than a broad travel-information business.

Looking for recs on Vietnam particularly if I’m trying to fit too much in on a 2.5 week trip, should I stick to just the north/central areas? My plan was **18 days** Hanoi – **2 days** Ha Giang Loop – **4 days** Lan Ha Bay – **3 days / 2 nights** Ninh Binh – **2 days** Fly to Da Nang → Hoi An/ An Bang beach– **3 days** Ho Chi Minh City – **2 days** Mekong Delta – **1 days** Any and all recs appreciated :) I wanted to have some relaxation time before heading back so trying to figure out where to fit that in. Hence, why I’m wondering if I should just stick to the north.
