A managed research and media-relations service that helps consumer products appear in AI-generated buying recommendations.
Added Aug 4, 2026
Consumer brands increasingly need to know whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI recommend their products for high-intent buying questions. When a brand is absent, its team must repeatedly test relevant prompts, identify the sources cited by AI systems, compare competing products, and pursue coverage from the authoritative publishers influencing those answers.
Provide a productized service that maps a brand's highest-value recommendation queries, records which brands and citations appear, and identifies attainable editorial sources such as best-of lists and registry guides. The service then develops evidence-backed positioning and runs targeted media outreach to earn relevant product coverage, followed by recurring checks to measure changes in recommendation visibility.
Product discovery is shifting toward conversational AI, while recommendation answers still rely heavily on authoritative web sources. Brands and their public-relations partners need a practical way to connect AI visibility research with the established workflow of earning credible editorial coverage.

If they are not, you can look at their competitors or whomever else is showing up in these results and see where AI is pulling from. It'll give you citations. It'll let you know the sites it's looking at to see what is relevant to answer this question. And then you can start to target those media outlets. You can start to target certain pitches that will incorporate the language that your customers might be looking for so that all of that messaging is really consistent as it relates to your client. If it's on a high authority website with a mention that includes them and certain keywords like my client that's the breast pump, more milk in less time, higher yield without having to pump for so long, best electric breast pump, quiet, compact.
And all it is, is that it's asking a question to chat GPT or, you know, Google AI or Gemini. And it says like, Hey, where are the top product research tools? Hey, what are the, top Amazon agencies? You know, and I guarantee you people are asking that to chat GPT and they spits out results. It looks across the internet and it's like, okay, I think these are it. I give you this order. You can ask it again. It's going to jumble up that order slightly, but you will notice if you do this over time, there's some consistency. There are some brands that are just stronger than others and they all have higher visibility in AI. The exact same thing is true with every product on Amazon.
Even some websites that have a high domain authority, like if it's a company that has, like, a medical component to it and people go there for information and they happen to recommend products, those rank very high in AI looking at domain authority. And it pulls from those sources, too. And you can see if you jump into ChatGPT and do a search, what would your customers search for? What is the thing that sets your client's product apart from all of the other companies or products in that space? Like, what do they want to be known for? What is their tagline? What's their unique value proposition? And start asking about that piece of it. Like, the example that I've been sharing through this whole series on AI is about my client that has the breast pump and their tagline is more milk and less time.
