We’re looking for someone who already works this way and wants to push it further.

We move incredibly fast at Fieldguide, and we’re looking for designers who can operate at that cadence. This team ships frequently, iterates in tight loops, and makes progress amid ambiguity. You should be comfortable balancing speed with craft, incorporating AI into your daily design practice, and designing AI-assisted workflows directly into the product. This is a high-impact role for someone excited to own unclear problems, drive momentum, and help modernize audit workflows that customers depend on every day.

What makes this role distinct is how we think about leverage. AI tools have fundamentally changed what a single skilled operator can own. We're looking for someone who has already internalized that shift: who doesn't just run workflows, but designs them. Who reaches for automation before headcount.
