Number one, is that an issue review of just immediately saying, okay, we have, we need to make sure that all the contracts we sign have these 15 elements. Typically we have somebody sit down and like search for all of them. Can AI just literally tell me which boxes are checked and where tell me what's missing. So I can immediately get back to it literally within 30 seconds. So there's that kind of gut check of the contract. There's identifying any non-standard language, unusual terms as it relates to already agreed upon contracts. So here's kind of our gold standard. Tell me how this differentiates and point out what the risks are in a way that's easy for my team to collaborate on.

And we're not talking about indemnity clauses or liability clauses, we're talking about the scope of work, how the benefits are reflected in the contract, how the goals are interpreted and reflected in the contract. So those are all really important triggers that we can get right. And technology helps us with that detail. It helps us check those big lengthy documents and make sure nothing has been missed. Spotting the early warning signals. So AI is brilliant to do that as well. It can help us with contracts, communications, other commercial documents, delivery data, helping us identify where tensions are rising when we're in the midst of our busy day to day jobs.
