Medium opportunity (61%)
Accounting firms often receive client documents, questions, approvals, and deadlines through private inboxes that were not designed for team ownership. Staff managing multiple accounts and aliases encounter authentication failures, unreliable sending, weak search, confusing threads, and incomplete mobile workflows. These failures can leave client work unassigned or unnoticed.
Launch as a managed service that inventories the firm's mailboxes, moves client-facing addresses into shared queues, defines routing and response rules, migrates searchable history, and trains staff. The operator monitors account connections and failed deliveries, maintains templates and permissions, and provides recurring workflow audits. After repeating the implementation, common monitoring, migration, and quality-control components can become a productized platform.
Firms are handling more client communication across multiple addresses and devices while reviewers report deteriorating reliability and rising prices in established email clients. Existing mailbox products provide infrastructure, but firms still need someone to configure and operate a dependable team workflow.

outlook I'm like Outlook so much that I have five different email addresses through it. however, I wish I had more storage.
Great app! Been using outlook for my business for 5 years. Great app and great ability to sign in online wo it. The only thing is that I wish the app had ability to do templated emails. You have to sign in on a computer to do those.
