The Problem

Mobile game studios can pass ordinary gameplay testing while still shipping failures that erase progress, hide purchased content, or break returning-player accounts. These defects appear after reinstalls, long absences, crashes, device incompatibilities, and Google Play account interactions, making them difficult for small studios to reproduce and costly when paying players leave.

Potential Solution

Provide studios with a managed pre-release and post-release testing service focused on save persistence, account restoration, purchase entitlement recovery, and Android compatibility. Testers execute a repeatable matrix of reinstalls, upgrades, interrupted synchronization, returning-account sessions, device changes, and high-progression saves, then deliver reproducible evidence and verify fixes before release approval.

Why Now?

The signals span multiple games and failure modes, indicating a recurring release-quality problem rather than one product defect. As mobile games accumulate years of player data, purchases, Android versions, and returning users, recovery-path testing becomes increasingly important.

Supermarket Mania Journey

Don’t Play This Game The goal is to get you to spend your money in order to pass/complete levels. You can do everything right and the game will declare that you failed the level. Only after spending cash to buy diamonds will it allow you to move on to the next level. Don’t Buy. Also the graphics are very old.

Townstore: Supermarket 3D Sim

Townstore Simulator is now showing too many auto ads and blank ads, which makes the game very frustrating. If this continues, the app will lose its users and eventually decline within a few days. Players are spending more time closing ads than actually playing the game. Very bad experience overall.
