A hands-on security service that protects every critical account without disrupting bookings or daily operations.

Small tour operators depend on email, cloud storage, booking platforms, and accounting systems but often configure account security inconsistently. Owners may enable multifactor authentication incorrectly, leave recovery credentials exposed, or struggle to coordinate enrollment across employees and shared operational accounts.
Provide a fixed-scope implementation service that inventories critical accounts, enables multifactor authentication, stores recovery credentials securely, and guides each employee through enrollment. The operator receives an access register, recovery procedure, and documented process for adding or removing staff.
Phishing can capture both passwords and authentication codes, while tour businesses increasingly keep customer, payment, and operational information in multiple cloud services. A coordinated rollout is more defensible than asking owners to secure each account independently.

Tour Operator Growth Podcast And for many of us, including myself, I know for some of those extra services I could be better at that. But secondly, the one I've gotten really good at is the two-factor authentication. So essentially turning on two FA, which stands for two-factor authentication, across anything that has important information, including like a Google or Microsoft drive, including your email, including potentially your booking software, some of those, you know, things like QuickBooks or FreshBooks. It's a simple step. And basically it means you have to use an authenticator app. Sometimes it means a cell phone or a second device, but that second factor really makes it substantially more difficult for people to hack into your accounts.
