A clinician-led remote service that identifies conflicting skincare products, flags conditions that may not be acne, and manages a simplified treatment plan.

High opportunity (78%)
People with persistent redness, pustules, clogged pores, and sensitive skin often cycle through products for months or years without understanding whether they have acne, irritation, rosacea, or overlapping conditions. General dermatology visits can leave limited time to examine the patient's complete product history, while informal online advice encourages further experimentation that may worsen symptoms.
Offer a focused remote assessment conducted by a licensed dermatology clinician, including standardized photographs, symptom history, and reconciliation of every skincare product and medication. The patient receives a simplified routine, documented stop-and-start instructions, escalation criteria, and follow-up reviews at two and six weeks. Cases requiring examination, testing, or procedures are referred to local dermatologists rather than managed beyond the service's clinical scope.
The signals show repeated product experimentation, treatment fatigue, diagnostic uncertainty, and demand for individualized guidance. Remote photo intake and video consultations make a narrowly focused clinic practical without opening a full dermatology office.

So I have these little dots on my face and I'm wondering how to get rid of them. Does anyone have any product or routine recs to get rid of them-? I'm currently using oxy acne wash (aha + tea tree) and it's helped clear up my pimples but not these little spots ;-; Idk I get really pissed off at myself when I see them which is why iw to get rid of them 😔😔😔 Also it would be nice to know what they are, thank you! ❤️❤️
Pics included!! I noticed I have a lot of bumps around my cheeks? If I pop them a sort of white stuff comes out (gross, I know, sorry!) and I have no idea what it is or how I can fix them? And there’s a lot of bumps on my nose too :( I'm 23 and really bad with skincare and I feel so embarrassed. All I use right now is Cerave foaming facial and vanicream daily moisturizer. I feel like my skin is fine...? It usually looks kinda dull and I feel like a lot of moisturizers are way too greasy. I use whatever's at Walmart that sounds fine enough, I can't really afford expensive stuff and get kinda overwhelmed with everyone else's 12 step skincare routine haha. Does anyone have any advice? I'm more than willing to learn about routines!! So sorry if this post sounds dumb!!!
After dealing with acne through my teenage years into my early twenties, trying different topicals and creams to little success, I went to a private dermatologists (UK) and was prescribed Accutane. My course ran from August 2024 to June 2025, so not too long. As I struggled with rosacea throughout treatment, I waited a few months for the redness to fade before putting together a new routine. I’m a student, so I looked for products on the cheaper side and they are quite thrifty! But they’ve really helped to brighten and enliven my skin over the last 6 months. AM: Superdrug B.
