The Problem

POD sellers waste hours manually comparing platforms like Printify and Printful, suffer from hidden costs and unreliable quality, and lose money on suboptimal supplier choices—especially for global orders. The lack of transparent, real-time data makes it impossible to confidently choose the best fulfillment partner for each product and region.

Potential Solution

A centralized SaaS dashboard that aggregates live pricing, shipping rates, quality scores, and production times from all major POD providers. Uses AI to recommend the optimal supplier per product/region and automatically routes orders via Shopify/Etsy integrations, ensuring maximum profitability and reliability.

Why Now?

The POD market is maturing and hyper-competitive in 2025; sellers can no longer afford guesswork and need data-driven optimization to survive thinning margins and rising customer expectations for fast, global shipping.

[Suppliers] Print-on-Demand - any reccommended sites in the UK?

Hello! I'm an artist based in UK and have been looking for a decent POD company for a while to set up as a hopeful stream of passive income, with products to include coasters, make up bags, scarves, prints, phone cases and laptop bags. I like the product range on Contrado but think that the products are too expensive, Printful requires existing webshop integration, Redbubble is too badly paid per item, and I like the interface of Fine Art America the best but do not want to advertise anything with the word america in it right now. Has anyone in the UK used anything else at all? I want the customer to go to a page with my branding on it hosted by the POD company, and the company to take the payment, make and ship the item, then pay me the profit. Many thanks! :)

Print On Demand Suggestions

I run a local Facebook group/women's social group and I'm in the process of making merch for the group. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for print on demand sites that offer good quality products I can offer as merch. I don't want to deal with any of the actual products, I just want to make a website where they can order items and they get shipped directly to them. I'm looking for shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and tote bags as options. Any information or pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

Best Print On Demand Supplier?

Hi, i've been looking into starting a small clothing brand, I already have my niche and designs. I want to sell mainly on tiktok shop, but also have a shopify store for instagram and facebook. The designs/ prints will not be anything crazy, just front side prints on plain colored t shirts, hoodies etc. What would be the best supplier? I would be selling to the US and I am based in the US in California. I was just going to go with printify as that's the only one I know but I would love to hear some recommendations. I do not want to go with overseas suppliers for now as I am just testing the brand out and this would be the simplest way for me to start off and see if it is worth while.
