A managed testing service that finds account, catalog, cart, and payment failures in retail apps before shoppers encounter them.

Medium opportunity (60%)
Retailers can pass routine technical checks while real shoppers remain unable to create accounts, stay logged in, view products, access carts, reserve delivery slots, or complete payments. These failures occur under specific combinations of location, account state, device, network, and payment method, making them difficult for internal teams to reproduce and costly when they block purchases.
Provide recurring, hands-on testing of complete retail purchase journeys across a controlled matrix of devices, locations, account states, and payment methods. Testers reproduce failures, capture diagnostic evidence, rank defects by revenue impact, and retest fixes alongside each release. The initial operation can use human testers, device farms, test accounts, and structured reports, adding proprietary testing tools only after repeatable patterns emerge.
Retail apps increasingly combine identity, location rules, loyalty benefits, inventory, delivery reservations, and multiple payment methods in one purchase journey. That complexity creates failure modes that basic functional testing and crash monitoring can miss.

it would've been 5 stars if target would let you add a payment method through Google wallet or any of your stored cards on your mobile pay wallet ..but instead you have to have the card with you and put the numbers in ..thats the only thing I dont like, oh yea ,then wen your going to pay u still have to know the cvv number , if u dont ur fckd cuz now u have to get ur card out if u have it and enter it , wat a hassle 😐🙄
what a joke of an app. walmart makes so much money but cannot even fix technical issues. Trying to use walmart pay since I lost my debit card, and all it keeps saying is "were having technical issues." COOL! Well do you know how embarrassing it is to return a cart of over 40 items because your walmart tap to pay doesn't work?? the app is updated and there's nothing wrong with my linked card so it was not on my end. maybe walmart should use all of their money to install tap to pay for God's sake
Doesn't work with VPN Go out of their way to block you from using the app if you use a VPN. That's absolutely not ok.
