Social Media & Community Manager
This is a hands-on, generalist role. Social media and community are the center of it, but you will also help with content marketing, customer conversations, and early business development. You do not need to be an expert in every part on day one. You should be curious, resourceful, and willing to use the product yourself.
What you will do
- Follow relevant conversations across social channels and communities. Find places where Trend Seeker can add useful context and reply with care.
- Turn product research, source signals, and customer questions into clear posts, short videos, threads, and other useful content.
- Use Trend Seeker to find the underlying evidence, check sources, and make sure each claim and reply is accurate before publishing.
- Talk with users and prospects, answer questions, and bring recurring feedback back to the product team.
- Try new channels, formats, and outreach ideas. Track what leads to useful conversations, signups, and partnerships.
How you will work with AI
Use AI to move faster: explore topics, organize research, draft options, and adapt a strong idea for different channels. Use Trend Seeker for the context behind each idea and the links to its source evidence. Then use your judgment to check facts, add a point of view, and write replies that address the person in front of you. We want useful answers, not automated noise.
What would make you a good fit
- You write plainly, understand the audience, and can make a complex idea easy to follow.
- You enjoy talking with people online and can tell when to help, when to ask a question, and when to step back.
- You are comfortable using AI tools to research, draft, edit, and repurpose content while taking responsibility for the final result.
- You can work independently across content, community, marketing, and early business development without waiting for a rigid playbook.
- You care about evidence. You check what the product and sources actually say before making a public claim.
