A dietitian-led service that finds tracking errors and turns a real food log into a sustainable weight-loss plan.

High opportunity (77%)
People who are tracking food but not losing weight often underestimate portions, drinks, cooking fats, or calorie-dense ingredients. Generic calculators and conflicting online advice can then push them toward unnecessarily restrictive targets that increase hunger and reduce adherence.
Clients receive a food scale and complete a 14-day weighed food, drink, activity, and hunger log using an existing tracking app. A registered dietitian audits likely omissions and portion errors, then delivers a practical meal-and-activity plan built around filling substitutions, protein, fiber, steps, and a sustainable deficit. A follow-up review uses weight trends and adherence data to adjust the plan.
Calorie-tracking tools are widely available, but the signals show persistent demand for human interpretation, measurement correction, and sustainable plan design. The service can launch without developing software by using existing food and activity trackers.

Best App to Track Food I love this app, it’s definitely helping me Track my food and also the information classes and nutrition advice are by far useful and educational. I highly recommend this to everyone who needs to make a healthy lifestyle change.
decent. like the work outs and the hydration tracker, but the nutritional tracker is WAY inaccurate. even if you record the brand name and exact weight per serving.... none of the totals reflect whats on your food labels. extremely frustrating. unfortunately, i had a 12 week subscription, but i have cancelled my program already after week 1. i'll use it as a guide, but it is wildly inaccurate.
I've been using this for about eight weeks now and the thing that stands out is how the meal plans shift week to week based on what I log. It's not a static list you work through, it actually adapts. The light workouts fit into my schedule because they're short, and I appreciate that the app doesn't push me to do more than makes sense when I'm on medication. The tracker showing my weight and water intake in one spot has made it easier to stay consistent wit
