App is very basic. Does not look at the full body for possible causes of weight gain or loss. It also vastly overestimates calories, even when the information is meticulously inputed by the user.
I'd say for the free version, it's a good app. other than calorie counting, it does provide daily articles which are informative and helpful for your weight loss journey. other than just the weigh-in, it lacks a place to register your measurements. while the KGS may not shift so easily, I have noticed reduced cms on my waste line which is very encouraging.
