The Problem

Small software teams are shipping large amounts of AI-generated code without fully understanding its structure or operational behavior. Repeated workarounds, inconsistent patterns, excess code, and weak regression controls accumulate until troubleshooting and feature development become slower than writing the code manually.

Potential Solution

Provide a fixed-price codebase stabilization sprint that maps critical workflows, detects redundant or fragile AI-generated code, reproduces regressions, and refactors the highest-risk areas. Delivery includes an architecture record, targeted tests, production-readiness fixes, and enforceable coding rules that future AI-assisted contributions must follow.

Why Now?

AI coding tools can generate changes faster than teams can review or understand them. As these changes reach mature products and production systems, buyers need operational remediation rather than another code-generation tool.

Pretty(very) new to development. I have experience in sound design, music production, and 3d modeling. One question about the annoying topic everyone talks about.. sorry lol
You can ask the AI to create tests, do code reviews, that sort of thing. But you will get limited use out of it if you do not have the corresponding skill set to understand what is right / what is wrong, and what is important / what is unimportant. At some point you will probably find that the codebase has gotten out of hand and when you make changes, it takes too long, maybe the right changes don’t happen, and maybe you get a bunch of bugs when you change something. This happens both to AI-generated codebases and to human codebases, but AI tools are like a rocketship that will get you there faster. The trick is to finish your game first, before your code turns into a useless pit of mud. This is easier to do if you keep your game small.

Why does it feel like some people live in a parallel universe?
Yeah when I say I don't write code anymore is I mean I dont really edit the files manually anymore unless it's a small change. Am I still directing AI every step of the way guiding which files to edit, what patterns to favour, what kind of tests to write? Yes. Does it take as much time as manually writing the code? Maybe but cognitively its a lot easier on me than before. I don't feel drained at the end of the workday now.
