Travelers frequently face phishing scams through legitimate booking platforms, last-minute cancellations without proper compensation, services paid for but never delivered, and prolonged refund disputes with agencies. Most consumers don't know their legal rights, lack the tools to document evidence systematically, and struggle to navigate complex dispute resolution processes across airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
A tool that monitors booking confirmation emails and messages to flag phishing attempts in real-time, automatically documents all paid services and communications as evidence, and generates ready-to-file compensation claims based on applicable regulations (DGCA rules, EU261, DOT rules, credit card chargeback procedures). The app guides users through dispute escalation with pre-filled complaint templates for consumer forums, regulatory bodies, and payment providers.
Post-pandemic travel has surged while booking fraud and service failures have escalated, with platforms like Booking.com facing widespread phishing attacks through their own messaging systems. Regulatory frameworks for passenger compensation exist globally but remain underutilized because consumers lack accessible tools to enforce their rights.

Expedia Takes Your Money, But Won’t Stand Behind the Booking Expedia works fine when nothing goes wrong. The real problem starts when you actually need their help. I booked and paid for a hotel through Expedia. After checking in, I immediately found the room unsuitable, reported the problem to the hotel, and left. The hotel could not resolve the issue, so I had to pay for another hotel. When I contacted Expedia, they called the property but told me they
⚠️ Be careful when booking flights through Expedia. ⚠️ They cancelled my flight tickets without notifying me. With only 11 days left before departure, my booking still appears active in the app, while the airline says there are NO tickets. After two weeks of conversations with Expedia, they finally told me they cannot help. Imagine finding out your family’s flight was cancelled only because you contacted the airline yourself.
Worst booking experience ever. My flight was cancelled by the airline, yet Cleartrip refused to refund the convenience fee and kept delaying the refund process. Customer support gives only template replies without resolving the issue. Very disappointing service. I won't use Cleartrip again and do not recommend it.
