AI agent not helpful The support feature is an AI agent and cannot help with any task id actually need support with. In travel often and if i need to contact an agent it’s for something more complicated than a rebook. In the future I hope to be able to talk to an agent more directly. Booking.com: Hotels & Travel

Absolutely useless bunch! Their "help desk" can't understand or resolve even the most basic issues. They take bookings for airlines and then when there is an issue, brush you off and tell you to contact the airline directly to resolve problems. Pointless, I could book directly with the airline and deal with their customer service instead then. NOTE: Their response says it all! 🤦

PROTECTION I choose CapitolOne travel app bc it is convenient and offers flight delay protection, and price drop credit. I booked a flight last month and by the time I took the flight the price dropped $50. Capital One gave me that credit and I applied it to my next airfare purchase. I find it to be a valuable and handy application that protects me from airline cancelation fees, rebooking fees, and delays more than 3 hours.
