New and returning gym members often do not know which exercises to perform, how to use unfamiliar equipment, or how to progress safely. Generic workout plans can mismatch the member's gym, available time, age, or target muscle groups, while recurring personal training is too expensive for many buyers. Poor guidance leads to confusion, repetitive workouts, and membership abandonment.
Deliver a productized onboarding service consisting of an intake, an in-person equipment and form orientation, and a personalized four-week plan built around the buyer's actual gym. The coach reviews workout logs, answers substitution questions asynchronously, and adjusts the next week based on completed exercises, weights, and session duration. Begin as a locally delivered service using existing messaging and workout-log tools before building proprietary software.
Consumers already use low-cost workout tools but still value responsive human guidance and equipment-specific adjustments. Improving workout logging makes remote plan review practical, while the service fills the price gap between generic programs and recurring personal training.

I never even considered these things as important when starting out at the gy
Good Good app. Love the workouts that accompany subscription. Think the subscription is a bit high, but was told by a dr to get busy doing something, so counting it on taxes as prescription?
