Build an Android-first navigation product focused narrowly on resilient offline route execution rather than general-purpose mapping. It would download maps and routes in advance, lock the chosen route, provide screen-off audio guidance, resist pocket touches, checkpoint activity records locally, and automatically resume after app, phone, or vehicle-display interruptions. The first version can use established open map data and support GPX^? route import instead of attempting to build a new global map database.

Users are actively moving among competing navigation apps, yet similar continuity failures appear across several products. Better phone location sensors, mature offline map components, and open route formats make a focused product feasible without owning the underlying map network.
