Borrowers and account holders encounter broken payment screens, delayed posting, account-verification loops, and recurring transfers they cannot cancel. When frontline support also fails, customers risk late fees, duplicate transfers, and adverse payment records despite trying to act on time.
Offer a per-incident resolution service that assembles proof of attempted payment, identifies institution-approved alternatives, prepares escalation messages, and guides or joins customer-support calls. After the immediate issue, the service confirms posting or cancellation and helps request correction of related fees or payment records without taking custody of funds or bank credentials.
Consumers increasingly depend on self-service banking channels, while the signals show failures recurring across multiple institutions and both mobile and website workflows. A manual concierge can validate demand before developing reusable case-management and evidence-capture tools.

Really want to give 0 stars. My issue has not been resolved. Money was taken out of my account without permission, called in to see what happened, transferred 4 times, just to have the only options of block and close account or wail 5 to 10 banking days for me to use my debit card? why do I have to put my life on hold just to get money back from me without permission??
I hate Chime! They have put me in a horrible situation. They won't release my funds until Aug 31st. This is putting me in a very difficult situation now. After telling them the issue and asking them to please help, they still refused. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! This is not a company to trust.
