Growth-stage companies need one accountable operator to connect channel execution, audience targeting, campaign testing, marketing systems, and revenue measurement. Without that ownership, channel specialists optimize isolated metrics while management struggles to determine which spending produces qualified pipeline, customers, or subscribers.
Provide a fractional performance marketing lead supported by campaign operations and analytics specialists. The team audits the acquisition portfolio, establishes shared funnel economics, runs a weekly testing cadence, reallocates budgets, and delivers decisions through the buyer's existing advertising, CRM?, and analytics systems.
The signals show companies across B2B? software, biotechnology software, enterprise technology, and consumer security seeking senior talent for increasingly complex acquisition portfolios. This is not a role for someone who manages winning against brand kpis or who manages in a silo. It is for a dynamic, team player; someone who has hands-on channel experience, who loves & is accountable for the numbers and execution for all paid digital channels. Someone with experience running internal teams, agencies & a hybrid model and someone who is going to help drive significant, scalable growth. You will own the full performance digital portfolio across paid search, paid social, display, video, affiliate, and emerging channels, while partnering with Offline, SEO, Analytics, Brand, Creative, Content, Ecom, PR & Product to create cohesive acquisition operations that drive cost efficient growth.
The Paid Media Manager owns Pearl's paid acquisition strategy across every performance channel — Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and endemic dental channels. As we bring paid media fully in-house, you'll take direct, hands-on ownership of campaign strategy and execution, and you'll be accountable for the metrics that matter most: CAC, ROAS, and demo-set volume. This is a builder's role for an operator who lives in the ad platforms, is fluent in conversion tracking, and treats every dollar spent as a test.
