SignIn So there is this issue for after a certain period of time you are automatically sign out of work jam, not everyone likes that if it can be changed and there is this issue to of, when a change is made on your schedule you receive a notification but u can find where the change was made can something be done about that.

Difficulty using Since 2 updates ago, I was not able to see my time off balance or request paid time off. Since then I can now see my time off balance but still cannot request paid time off well in advance. I keep getting an error message that I’m not within the week of requesting time off. Which moves by one day everyday I try to request time off. It’s very frustrating and needs fixed.

while clocking in and out it sometimes doesn't offer the current time option to click on. This often leads to time being counted as hrs. working while off duty Friday evening to Monday morning. Often I clock in while I arrive to work and app says im clocked in all day but when im ready to clock out it it reads clocked out already and it didn't add the days hrs. while working that day. IDK if it doesn't register as being clocked in. Decides that I have plenty of hrs. already by Weds. or Thurs.?

lastest update broke my clock out functionality. I need to select a cost code to be able to clock out, and I no longer have that option. my boss must manually clock out for me. fix this I need to roll back my app version asap

When I Work Staff Scheduling

Great, but issues I’ve been using this app for a few months now and I’ve found it to be very straightforward to navigate which is great! Unfortunately, there is an ongoing problem with the app that my coworkers and I are experiencing. Sometimes the app only gives the option to “swap” or “drop” most times it won’t show both options at the same time or even more frustrating it won’t give the option to do either choice. When I do manage to have the option to “drop or swap” a shift the app gets glitchy and everything freezes. Including messaging people for some reason that is very glitchy as well.
