The Problem

A reviewer wants to specify how many people are eating and how many breakfasts, lunches, and dinners to plan. Another likes pantry-based shopping support but finds the built-in recipe selection limiting and wants to add personal recipes. This is a weekly planning outcome distinct from logging nutrition after cooking.

Potential Solution

Offer a weekly planning worksheet or small web tool that takes household size, meal counts, pantry items, and customer-provided recipes. It scales ingredient quantities and produces a consolidated grocery list. Begin with a manually reviewed plan each week for paid pilot customers.

Why Now?

The supplied reviews identify explicit gaps in household-size controls and use of personal recipes. They support the workflow, while demand for a paid planner remains an assumption.

TapCook: Budget Meal Plans

Needs Work I like the idea! Visually it also looks great. Meals look good. I just think needs to be able to say X amount of people for this amount of meals per week. Such as if I put 2 people and 7 dinners, 7 lunches and 5 breakfast meals. So I think it’s a good app but needs more
