A dependable daily health log that helps GLP-1? patients and their care teams document treatment progress without engagement games or device lock-in.

Medium opportunity (71%)
People managing weight loss or GLP-1? treatment repeatedly need to record meals, weight, medication, exercise, blood pressure, and symptoms. Existing wellness products make this routine unreliable through slow loading, incomplete food databases, platform-specific features, broken wearable synchronization, intrusive gamification, and removed manual-entry controls. These failures can leave patients without a trustworthy longitudinal record for clinical check-ins or coverage requirements.
Build a deliberately narrow treatment journal with fast manual entry, reusable meals and recipes, medication and side-effect tracking, editable activity records, and optional wearable imports. Every imported or manually entered item should show its source and synchronization status, while a portable weekly report gives patients and authorized care teams a clear record of adherence and outcomes. Start as a patient-paid product and later offer clinic-managed enrollment and reporting.
The signals show recent deterioration across established wellness products while more users are tracking medication alongside nutrition and activity. Forced engagement mechanics and unreliable integrations create room for a focused product whose advantage is dependable recordkeeping rather than coaching content.

Annoying calorie tracking interface. Can we please just type in a serving value instead of scrolling through a long list? This is helpful for people actually weighing thwir food. Very limited food database, which is frustrating. having to add entries all the time. MyFitnessPal has much better database.
I was worried this would be too much like other fitness apps that make you feel bad if you miss a day, but the challenges here actually feel doable and you don't get guilt tripped. The content updates regularly so there's always something fresh to look at, and for someone like me who checks in a few times a week, it doesn't feel stale.!!
I was worried this would be too technical for me since I'm not great w/ phones, but the whole setup took maybe five minutes and then I was in eating the first meal plan. The step counter syncs with my watch automatically, and the weight tracker is straightforward enough that my daughter didn't have to help me figure it out. No complicated menus or hidden settings that made me feel lost, just the stuff I actually need to use every day.!
