Scaling companies want AI to improve pipeline generation, account management, renewals, and representative productivity, but most revenue operations teams lack the engineering capacity to turn experiments into reliable daily workflows. The work also requires continuous human support because sales representatives encounter data, tooling, and process failures during active deals.
Provide a fixed-scope workflow assessment followed by implementation of two or three high-value AI-assisted revenue workflows, such as account research, outreach preparation, deal inspection, or renewal preparation. Continue as a managed operations partner that monitors workflows, resolves representative issues, maintains integrations, and measures adoption and revenue impact. Delivery combines revenue-process consulting, technical implementation, and a responsive support desk.
Companies are moving from isolated AI experiments to AI-first revenue operations while their existing teams remain responsible for daily execution. The repeated hiring demand indicates an immediate shortage of people who combine revenue-process knowledge, integration skills, AI implementation, and frontline support.

RevGenius Around the shared brain. So ~ After leading RevOps for a few years and getting sort of the basics stood up in terms of lead management, deal management, forecasting, deal desk, and all of those operations. We along the way, our revenue operations team was pretty, I would say, far ahead in terms of integrating AI across that full funnel as we were building these different systems. And so that gave us this opportunity to learn really quickly about how to build. AI solutions that do get adopted and don't rot really quickly and are maintained in a way that is holistic. And so through that experience of building an AI first revenue operations team, we decided that we needed a specific focus on some of the AI programs and AI operations that it would take to really maintain and scale AI programs across.
Operationalize AI across the field. Build and run a new AI Ops capability that embeds AI into the daily workflows of SDRs, BDRs, AEs, PAMs, etc. — from prospecting and call intelligence to next-best-action, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene. Define the playbooks, tooling, adoption, and metrics that turn AI into measurable seller productivity.
