Multi-location restaurants and retailers struggle to resolve digital order exceptions spanning their ordering app, payment processor, store systems, and delivery partners. Customers are repeatedly charged for orders that stores never receive, sent incomplete orders, or trapped between the merchant, delivery platform, and bank when seeking refunds. Store employees and general support teams often lack the system access and ownership needed to resolve these cases quickly.
Provide an outsourced order exception desk that receives unresolved cases, reconstructs each transaction across order, payment, location, and delivery records, and executes the appropriate refund, credit, or redelivery under the merchant's policies. Begin as a human-operated managed service with standardized evidence collection, escalation paths, and daily reconciliation reports. Productize recurring investigation steps and approval rules only after learning each buyer's systems and exception patterns.
Digital ordering increasingly crosses merchant apps, franchise locations, payment processors, and third-party delivery networks, leaving ownership gaps when transactions fail. The repeated complaints across distinct brands show that exception handling is a cross-platform operational problem rather than a single application's temporary bug.

I can't order through the app and haven't been able to for more than a year. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and gone through the contact us and haven't gotten anything back about it. its become more and more frustrating.
I have never in my life had to deal with an app that doesnt ever work. I have never in my life been able to order from the app. it use to take my money and not send the order to the store, now it just refuses to allow me to order from it. not only that, because I couldn't order from the app I was charged more for the exact same order at the store then what I was suppose to have to pay threw the app.
