Founders need testers. Testers want to get paid. Why isn't there a community for both?

The hard part is not assembling people who like trying apps; it is matching each product with testers who resemble the intended user and can produce useful evidence. General feedback quickly becomes a pile of preferences. Start manually with five founders and ten testers. Require each founder to define the target user, task, success criteria, and three questions. Pay testers for every completed session rather than only occasionally, then let founders rate whether the report was specific and reproducible. If the same testers keep getting invited back and founders pay for a second round, you have the beginnings of a marketplace. A large free community before that may optimize for activity instead of testing quality.
