A human-operated review and recovery service for platforms whose legitimate customers fail automated identity checks.

Medium opportunity (52%)
Consumer marketplaces and dating platforms lose paying customers when automated face, photo, or identity-document checks repeatedly reject legitimate users. Existing support channels often provide generic responses, cannot explain failures, and leave customers trapped in verification, suspension, or appeal queues. The durable buyer workflow is resolving identity verification exceptions without weakening fraud controls.
Provide a managed exception desk that receives failed-verification cases, checks image and document quality, requests precise corrective evidence, conducts policy-based human review, and returns an approve, reject, or escalate recommendation with an audit trail. Begin as a staffed service using the buyer's existing verification vendor and support queue, then productize intake, reviewer tooling, quality controls, and turnaround reporting as case volume grows.
More consumer platforms are placing automated identity and face checks directly in paid onboarding and account-recovery paths. The signals show that failure handling and access to competent human review have not kept pace with that dependence.

They flagged my ID as fraud. Now I can't use Sumsub portal on other platforms to verify. they keep rejecting me and when each time I contacted sumsub, I'm always responded by a bot. No real customer support help. help me, I need help on this!!!!!
Error?? As I was setting up my account, I was sent a notification stating that my identity verification was declined. I wasn’t sure why, so I contacted support immediately but no one responded to me throughout the entire day. I’m not sure what’s going on..
The worse I do not recommend Jim. My experience reflects a serious pattern of unprofessional and concerning conduct. My full legal name was published on their website without my consent, a clear violation of privacy that was never corrected despite being formally raised. After I submitted all requested and proper documentation for the release of my funds, those funds were still withheld with no lawful or transparent justification. When I began asking direct questions regarding compliance and regulatory obligations, my account was abruptly closed instead of the issue being resolved. Closing an account does not eliminate the obligation to release funds that rightfully belong to the customer. Communication throughout this process felt evasive and dismissive. Rather than addressing documented concerns, the response appeared retaliatory, as though raising compliance questions itself became the problem. That is not how ethical businesses operate. This experience demonstrated a lack of accountability, disregard for privacy, and an alarming approach to customer funds. I am fully documented, informed, and prepared to escalate when necessary. I strongly caution others to proceed carefully.
