Food-delivery customers repeatedly encounter time-sensitive problems that automated support cannot resolve, including incorrect addresses, payment changes, missing items, unsafe driver behavior, cancellations, and refunds. Slow replies and unclear authority leave orders progressing while customers wait, increasing refund disputes, chargebacks, and reputational damage.
Provide regional delivery platforms and multi-location restaurant operators with a managed exception desk staffed during ordering hours. Agents receive escalated cases, contact the restaurant or driver, apply client-approved cancellation and refund rules, document evidence, and close each case within defined response targets. The initial service can run through existing support tools and phone channels, with lightweight routing and quality-control software added after the operating playbook is proven.
Delivery platforms increasingly use automated support to control costs, but urgent order exceptions still require immediate human judgment and coordination. Similar complaints across multiple independent platforms indicate a category-wide operating gap rather than a single application's temporary defect.

you definitely trained your customer service agents to never give compensation. you guys charges big with all adjustments to pricing but when complaints come, you're quick to dodge.
No accountability When you have the same problem in multiple cities, it’s not the restaurants, it’s not the app, it’s the drivers. They don’t work for anyone. They don’t care about what you’ve spent your money on. They don’t work for restaurant and they sure as heck don’t care about you.
The most anti consumer anti employer company of all time They hate the consumer almost as much as they hate their employees. You’re not saving anything when they up price everything to begin with. They really have some horrible greedy business practices. If there was another option besides Uber Eats I’d welcome it with open arms.
