Medium opportunity (67%)
People changing phones or reinstalling messaging apps frequently encounter missing verification codes, device-transfer failures, false unofficial-app warnings, and account restrictions. Automated support often leaves them unable to contact family, customers, or vendors, while repeated troubleshooting can make lockouts worse. Microbusinesses face direct revenue disruption when a messaging number is their primary customer channel.
Offer appointment-based account recovery diagnostics and new-phone migration assistance through phone shops, repair counters, or remote screen-sharing sessions. The operator verifies device, SIM, application, backup, and account conditions; follows official recovery procedures; preserves available chat data; and establishes a backup customer-contact channel. Cases requiring platform intervention are packaged into complete, correctly documented appeals without promising reinstatement.
Messaging services increasingly apply automated verification and abuse controls while users depend on phone-number accounts across device changes and international carriers. Limited human support creates room for a trusted local operator who can troubleshoot the full device, carrier, backup, and platform chain.

Unread messages should remain at the top - or this should be am option. We are not living in the 90's. Emails surpassed the failed greatness of Google messages abilities decades ago. Be great if Google could catch up in this lifetime! Glitches ( typical Google product) Unable to react to iPhone mms but can to Android- subpar
impossibly complicated - full of unnecessary trash 🗑️ like all Google applications. can't tell if texts got sent or received - quite possibly the worst Google app out there.
Not very fluid Unable to search within individual messages. Unable to share contacts intuitively from the messaging application. No option for a number line, can send timed messages but not intuitive at all. Speech to text is inaccurate. Apple has intentionally made third-party keyboards finicky and difficult to use within the message application
