A managed testing service that finds revenue-blocking checkout and pickup failures before customers encounter them.

Medium opportunity (62%)
Retailers lose completed orders when carts fail, fulfillment choices change unexpectedly, payment or identity checks block customers, and app orders do not reach store staff. Conventional functional testing can miss failures caused by real devices, accessibility needs, account states, fulfillment combinations, and handoffs between digital checkout and physical locations.
Provide retailers with recurring, human-executed checkout audits covering guest and account purchases, payment, shipping, store pickup, accessibility, order transmission, and frontline retrieval. Testers place controlled orders across representative devices and customer profiles, document reproducible failures, estimate their commercial severity, and verify repairs. The initial business is a managed quality-assurance service, with reusable test protocols and reporting tools added as volume grows.
Retail ordering increasingly spans apps, websites, payment providers, fulfillment systems, and store operations, creating failure points that isolated product teams may not see. The signals show similar order-completion breakdowns across specialty retail, marketplaces, wholesale ordering, warehouse clubs, and food service.

Impossible to shop online Cannot browse available products in-store or even use the search function. Looked for Salami, of the 10 options only one was available in store. Initially I tried to search Salami which rendered no results. Could only be found in the different tabs. Kind of impossible to think Amazon, the principle of online shopping, has a weaker online feature for groceries than Safeway.
Not as easy as Amazon Home Depot has made great strides and making their search feature more intuitive. It still has a way to go. On the back end when I do need to return items to the store it is generally very straightforward.
In Store Code on the Run You guys keep moving the shortcut for the Whole Foods in-store code. At first it was up front under the search bar. Then it moved to the Waffle menu. I forget where it went next. Now I cannot find it anywhere. The app assistant doesn’t even know and sends you to all the old places. Fortunately if you cuss it out it will produce it for you
