A managed service that keeps recurring medications current and coordinates renewals before patients run out.

Medium opportunity (68%)
People managing several recurring prescriptions struggle to distinguish active medications from obsolete ones, understand which refills are eligible, and know when a prescriber must authorize a renewal. Fragmented communication among patients, pharmacies, and medical offices creates delays and missed doses.
Offer a subscription concierge for patients and family caregivers that maintains a verified active-medication list, tracks refill timing, and coordinates routine renewal requests with pharmacies and prescribers. Start with human coordinators using secure workflows, then productize repeatable intake, consent, status tracking, and reminders without making clinical decisions.
Patients increasingly expect remote prescription management, while the reviews show that reliable renewal handling and reminders drive repeated monthly use. Persistent gaps across pharmacy and telehealth products leave room for an independent coordination service.

Useless and pathetic Terrible in doing anything. Cant manage your prescriptions, whenever you order a refill for a simple medication it will just sit stuck in ‘waiting for approval’ forever. Crashes and does not update your medication. You will end up having to book a visit with an online doctors and pay the full visit price just to ask for a refill. Just a huge scam, avoid at all costs.
Wasted time unable to help me The only medication that works to relieve my neck pain is prednisone. I was just informed you guys are no longer prescribing that to patients. So now I am going to be billed for an absolute waste of an appointment when you guys have ALWAYS been fine giving prednisone for this reason
Medication and insurance I feel alone in obtaining medication. It feels like a battle to get the prescription, am I to call the insurance, the doctor, so confusing and difficult. The prescription remains in the status of checking with insurance or doctor for days. When I call for help and guidance, the person I speak to does not help in explaining what is needed so that the prescription can be processed. She talks down to me, and says she won’t send me the prescription and don’t explain why.
